Units 3A and 3B will become the new home of FITBOX: a space for Group Training, Personal Training, Open Gym and Wellbeing.

An exciting new chapter for FitBox, the team and our community.

It’s going to take a huge amount of hard work, passion and dedication to bring our vision to life. We’re looking forward to sharing this part of the journey with you.

After years of building something truly special together, this new space will be everything our community deserves.

We talk a lot about hard work, consistency and community when it comes to our member of the months.

Make no mistake, Alex Sparks has every single one of these qualities, and echoes what we are all about here at FitBox.

One thing he has in abundance, is a determination to never give up on himself. No matter how much gets thrown at him, and when the easiest thing to do would be to take the easy route… he shows up, leaves it all on the floor, and gets ready to go again.

Alex reminds our team, the importance of showing up through challenging times, and putting yourself first, in order to create a healthy lifestyle and headspace that can take you forward.

Team FitBox are proud to vote Alex Sparks as our member of the month, and for all of his hard work.
