🚀 Massive progress from Bartek!

✅ He started some time ago with absolutely no experience, and now he’s comfortable in every area: kickboxing, wrestling and ground work. On top of that, he’s built a lot of strength and fitness! 💪

As always, consistency has been the key. Showing up, putting in the work and getting better month by month.

Big well done Bartek! 👏 Keep working :)

8 years ago – my MMA debut 🙂

🥳 The fight ended with a win by guillotine choke.

😃 It was an incredible feeling and something I’ll never forget, especially as I had only been training grappling for a few months at the time.

✅ Looking back, I realise the fight itself is the easy part. The real fight starts 2–3 months before you even step into the cage.

✅ Hard training almost every day, sticking to your diet, cutting weight, dealing with the tiredness and pushing yourself through every session.

Then, when you finally step into the cage… it’s almost the fun part 😉

🚀 December vs. August. Never stop improving

🚀 When I picked up the keys in December, I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me. Over the last few months, I’ve put in the hours to get this place properly set up:
Full repaint and fresh decor, complete space layout upgrade, stacked the training room with new gear – heavy bags, Thai pads, kick pads, boxing mitts, and plenty more.

👷🏻‍♂️For me, building this club is a nonstop process. I’m committed to constantly reinvesting and giving you the best possible environment to train in.
What you see in August is just the next milestone 😎I’m nowhere near done yet.

🔧SUMMER/MAINTENANCE BREAK!

👷‍♂️Summer holidays don’t always mean switching off.

While my members are enjoying some time off, I’m using this week to work on the gym, improve the space and get everything ready for what’s next.

🚀 Running a club on my own means there’s always something to improve. I don’t just want to keep Fightberg running. I want to keep moving forward and make it better every month.

A short break from training, but definitely not a break from work. 💪
