Living with people can make eating habits more difficult- or you could use them to your advantage and ask them for their supportđ«¶đ»
Some people buy biscuits chocolate and crisps for their kids- but if this is making your life more difficult then why not just stock up on nice fruit, yogurts and healthier alternatives? That way not only will this be helping you but it will also be encouraging our kids to have more nutrient dense diets đđ„đ
This doesnât by any means mean you canât ever eat your favourite triple chocolate M&S cookiesđđ€€ these sorts of food DO sometimes feature in my diet too
But if theyâre not there to hand then youâre less likely to just eat them for the sake of it, and actually have them when you really want them!đ°đ«

I donât know if I mentioned, but we did on Saturday đ€Ș
I had the best partner who also competed with her hubby the DAY BEFORE (they both came 2nd in their category!) and was still an absolute machine for day 2!
Did not expect to place 3rd in our category again, but I am soo thrilled we beat our previous time by 23 seconds. Thank you Dee đ«¶đ»
Looking forward to more strength training again now, but will keep up the running just once per weekâșïž

This is what 7 months of consistency could look like
If you have a fat loss goal it is important to not just rely on how many kgâs youâve lost as there are SO many factors which come into play with the number on the scale (muscle gain, time of the month, what youâve consumed in the 24 hours prior etc) so weighing yourself can be quite disheartening for many.
Instead focusâs on how an item of clothing fits (like my client here- wow) or take progress photos.
My lovely client here has been so consistent, and instead of only focussing on how much fat sheâs losing, sheâs been focussing on showing up, adding more KGâs to the bar, improving her technique, eating plenty, getting her protein in and enjoying the process- thatâs the real secret đ

Too many women out there feeling like they canât take up space in the gym
That they shouldnât be in the weights area because they arenât lifting as heavy as other people
They look silly because they havenât been doing it for as long as some other people there
They donât want to take up too much room in case someone else might want to be where they are or use the equipment theyâre using
But those people who youâre worried about getting in the way of donât have any more right to be there than you do, and theyâre also not watching you.
Most people are too concerned with what they need to do to worry about what youâre doing. I am BLIND to everything around me when Iâm training or coaching! Trust me, no oneâs judging you.
Donât let a twisted narrative in your head get in the way of your progress, you deserve to be there just as much as the next person.
