I’m excited to announce a new weekly class starting on Sunday 12th October at 10am 🎉
This 4-week series is all about moving better, feeling stronger, and building flexibility in a way that’s practical and enjoyable.
Here’s what you can expect each week:
🔹 A short movement game to wake up body and mind
🔹 Flow-based mobility sequences (like yoga, but with more variety)
🔹 Functional strength training – getting up, balancing, crawling, lifting, and more – adapted for all levels
🔹 Bodyweight strength work for upper body, core, and legs
🔹 A calming finish with breathwork and relaxation to reset before the rest of your day
