November Junior of the month, Emily!

Emily has been playing for about a year now, she’s come such a long way and always has a massive smile on her face!

November adult of the month, Clare!

Clare has been with me a few years, her games come on so much and more importantly we have a good laugh!

Yoga!

Longevity in my ability to perform in tennis for coaching and competing has been on my mind a lot.

Starting about 4 weeks ago Yoga has helped me understand and listen to my body more, whilst working on my flexibility and mobility. I highly recommend it!

Doesn’t hurt having an amazing teacher!

LTA course on coaching female players and the differences between them and male players.

Really interesting, learnt a lot and met some great people!

My first adult player of the month, Andy!

Since starting tennis 6 months ago Andy has improved a huge amount, mainly down to his hard work and dedication!

He puts in the hours and he’s always practising what we’ve worked on no matter what, well deserved!

My first Junior player of the month, Ava!

Always working hard, taking it in and all with a smile on her face! Some great results recently show the hard works paying off!

Ava also has lessons else where so the credit is to the other fantastic coaches in the area!

A little about me and what to expect ⬇️

I’m a tennis coach from Somerset. I’ve been here, there and everywhere on my journey to currently running my programme in Taunton.

I’ll be posting snippets of my coaching, me playing and probably many bloopers!

My goal with this is to encourage more people to play tennis and give you an insight into my world!

Tennis is an amazing sport, for your health and socially. It’s often not thought of as something that’s affordable and that’s not the case anymore!
