We began by setting up Alice’s new shoes, then worked through a full positional assessment using gebiomized saddle pressure mapping and LEOMO motion sensors to guide adjustments.

Key positional changes:
• -35mm drop at the front end to optimise aero posture without compromising stability
• +5mm up and back on the saddle to refine hip angle and improve support under load

We also addressed a leg length discrepancy, making appropriate adjustments to ensure symmetry in the pedal stroke and reduce asymmetrical loading — helping protect against injury and optimise power transfer.

LEOMO data confirmed improved pelvic stability and lower limb mechanics, while saddle pressure mapping showed a more balanced and sustainable contact point. A solid foundation for performance and progression.
