New opportunities for regular structured coaching👌🏼

I currently run successful group coaching sessions through RS BMX Coaching and have done since May 2020. I competed for 25 years, winning 11 British Titles & making numerous world & euro finals. I now pass on the knowledge I have gained through coaching.

Numerous riders have progressed through my sessions, working their way up the groups & now many are currently on steps of the GB cycling pathway. A lot of hard work & dedication has gone into these from both myself & the riders.

I am opening up some spaces for riders from September who are committed & keen to progress into the winter months & beyond. I am advertising this now so all places are confirmed as once it’s full in September, spaces will be closed & a waiting list created.

These sessions take place at & it’s a fantastic facility to help riders improve in all areas.

The training doesn’t stop, next up: British Championships in Manchester 🇬🇧

And great to see my home club Exeter Eagles BMX take the overall 🥇 in the National series club rankings. A fantastic achievement by all Exeter riders & people involved within the club.

Today was the penultimate round of the UK national series in Derby where some titles are still to be decided & as always, coached riders have absolutely smashed it today.

I’m so proud of them all. Great to see back racing after rupturing his spleen earlier on this year. It’s good to see he’s not let an injury of that nature stop him getting back on track.

These two show up to coaching week in week out, always pushing each other to be better.
I’ve coached them both for a few years now, using all of my own personal experience & knowledge to help them get to where they want to be & it’s been great to see their progression. Results are not built overnight & a lot of hard work goes into results like this.

They’re also currently 1 & 2 in the British national series at the moment & I’m looking forward to seeing them battle it out for the title.

Another weekend, another race!

The first ever national at the Cardiff BMX national facility 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

It’s always good to attend these races to see where the riders I coach are at nationally. A great set of results again, following on the success from Gosport.

Seeing riders I either coach in my weekly coaching groups, 1-1’s or on full training plans, it’s great to see their hard work being rewarded. There were a few riders who had crashes yesterday that were riding really well so Day 2 could be even better..

As the older riders progress, it’s important there are younger riders to start that pathway. I can ensure each rider will be given my focus in order to achieve their goals. I do not open up spaces often.
