There was lots of action with big Ippon throws and holds on the ground. You all took part with great spirit. Great support from families and friends too.

Broadclyst Judo Centre had a visit this morning from Sensei Goldman 7th Dan. The children enjoyed a class of pattern movement, positioning, fun and games.

ADULT (16+) JUDO CLASSES

Devon Judo Centres are looking for new adult members age 16+ to join our weekly judo sessions on Wednesdays 7pm to 8.30pm at Riverside Leisure Centre , Exeter.

Beginners and experienced judoka welcome.

The class is a mixture of traditional judo techniques, exercise, skills &drills, competitive time and great fun.

Judo can help with co ordination, discipline, fitness and making friends.
