Two excellent classes last night! Time seemed to fly by!
Excellent training session last night! Amy ran her first mile in just under 20 minutes. Session dealt with side kicks, back kicks, jumping side kicks, jumping back kicks, then combination of either turning kick, jumping back kick, or turning kick, jumping side kick. Lots of sweat flowing!
Well, this week has indeed been a hard one. Tuesday was the most I've been battered in a long time, but 14 or so very enthusiastic students who held nothing back, and last night's exercises have left me feeling a tad stiff.
Could ALL students please wear 'street' clothing/normal clothing for tonight. Please also bring hand mitts and helmets, we're having a self-protection/self-defence night.
