I saw these little pieces on socials today and so many of them resonated 💚🩵🩷

I’ve been doing this a long time…

But for me it’s never just been a fitness class…

For me it’s about everything personal that goes with it🕺🚴🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

It’s important to me that I know your name, that I make you feel better, that I help you believe you can, that you feel like you fit. That when you are in this class you switch off from everything, you laugh, you sweat & you sing.

It’s a topic I talk a lot about 🫶🏼

If you lift weights you need to cardio exercise, if you cardio exercise you need to lift weights and if you do either of those two you definatly need remedial/rehab exercise 👍🏼

Keep it simple. But make that time for you … keep moving simply. So you can simply keep moving 🙏🙏
