If you would like a strong Core
Add some anti Rotation exercises to your workout-
My 5 favourites are below
3 round 30- 60 seconds
1- Plank Shoulder Taps
2- Pallof Press with a band
3- Single leg Dead Lift
4- Bird-Dog
5- weighted Pull trough ( load a backpack up with weight and use this)
Finish off at the end with some dorsal raises to work the lower back.
2-3 times a week for 6 weeks and see how you get o

Get yourself a TRX/suspension band. They are great for strength, toning, cardio, core and balance. Full body and stretching exercises.
Excellent for home workouts. Attach it to your door, tree or post.
