Our gym includes state of the art cardio and resistance machines, free weights and trx suspension trainers. We have over 35 exercise classes running each week, with different class styles to suit everyone, including Ballet Fit , Vibe Power. Vibe Cycling, Spinning, Bal Fitl, Stretch and Tone, HIIT, Vibe Step and many more. Fully inclusive memberships start at just £25.50 per month.
