Running Group for 5k+
Tuesdays 5.30pm at Exeter University Sports Park, Streatham Campus
A friendly & fun running group for those runners that would like to improve their 5k and go a bit further! Apart from group runs there will be sessions to improve technique to prevent injury,
become more energy efficient, cadence, tackling hills, strength training and speed intervals to improve overall speed and endurance. Meet at the Sports Park Reception. £7 Drop In or £40 for 8 weeks. For further information contact:

NEW: Running Technique 8 Week Course starting in January!
I am organising another course to start Tuesday 9th January 5.15pm at the Sports Park, Exeter University, Streatham Campus. Cost is £40 for the course. It will be similar to the one I did last May, so if you are interested in some revision or you are starting fresh on this course you are more than welcome. To get an idea of numbers it would be good if you could let me know if you are interested and if you have any questions please do ask.

Fantastic run session this week at Exeter University with my 5k Improvers Course Run Group! Well done everyone, excellent PB times! Here are the before and after photos and we are all still standing!
New Improvers Run Course starts Tuesday 16th May 5.15pm at Exeter University Sports Park. This 10 week course will help you to improve your running technique, endurance, speed and strength. Only £30 for the course. Booking essential. Contact me via Facebook for more information.
