πExeter I have been studying martial arts for over 20 years.
I started out at a traditional karate club and gained my 1st dan black belt. I then moved over to freestyle karate in which I have also gained my black belt. I have represented my club at national competitions and Great Britain at World Championships as a junior and senior fighter.
