People often comment on my figure, how many times a week I train ( 5-6), my eating habits, what I drink (water), on everything down to my trainers π
I train hard and eat well because it's my passion. I enjoy it. I like being healthy, knowing I'm feeding my body goodness.
Being fit and healthy not only looks better (in my opinion π) but it will help me live a longer healthier lifestyle.
But.. It takes dedication. It's hard work, some days I just want to go back to bed, sometimes I have off days when I think I didn't give 100% because my head wasn't in the right place..
But.. I still train. And guess what. Afterwards I feel great. Even if I feel I could of done better. I still did it. There is no better feeling for me.
The people I train have different goals, to me it's a lifestyle and extreme compared to most. Alot want to tone up, lose baby weight, just get fitter in general, gain some muscle.. it doesn't matter. What matters is they have a goal.
But.. what people don't realise is even this takes dedication. You have to want to commit, really do a minimum of two sessions a week and MOST importantly is to change there eating habits. Without this you will keep going round in circles. Nutrition is 80% and exercise 20%.
It's simple. You have to be committed. Turn up. Get in the game. Change your eating patterns. Exercise outside of your personal training sessions.
Walk more. Run with your kids. Have fun with it!
It doesn't need to be hard.. I'm not saying it's going to be easy but it can be great fun and so rewarding. I love seeing my clients progress. π
But this progress can only happen with the above changes. To achieve your goals you have to be dedicated. Whether it's learning to drive or making that decision to start work on a new version of you π

I just enjoyed a nice coffee with coconut oil and whipped cream. Lots of good fats and tastes yummy too! I'm not the biggest coffee fan but I love this π΅π΅
Read on about how coconut oil can help decrease abdominal obesity! Tastes great and helps you burn calories... remember fat is not bad folks π€
Perfect end to a busy working week.. now chilled out on the sofa π
Enjoy your weekend folks ππ
(Perhaps don't drink this in evening if coffee keeps you awake π
(Fortunately or unfortunately for me it doesn't) π€π΄

Second Lucy of the day.. Fab workout tonight but need to work on Lucy's tightness and flexibility. Can't wait to get started on this on our next session πππ
11/01/2017
Brilliant session today with Lucy at home even though she wasn't feeling her best but she powered through and did two circuits of bodyweight exercises and core work after.
AND we redid her measurements and she's lost an INCH since we last did them! Even with Christmas in the middle πͺ
So, so proud of her! π€π€π€

Really proud of my client for doing her 'homework' ..
I asked her to start running on top of our training session and today she completed her first one! πͺ
We'll done chick.. π€ππ
How's everyone feeling tonight?
Me personally, I'm tired.. I have trained myself, worked, seen a friend and just tidied my kids room ( polystyrene bits and remnants of christmas were everywhere )!
I have still found the time to train today though, it de-stresses me, keeps me fit and healthy and is helping me shift this last stone I have to lose!
I know it's hard to find the time to exercise but just one hour out of your day or a 20 minute jog... anything to get you moving will improve your mood and your health.
Now I am going to have a nice bath and de-stress even more ππ€π
