THREE REASONS why you shouldn't feel guilty about what you ate over Christmas β

Self-myofascial release is a great tool for both recovery and maintaining or increasing your flexibility. Foam rollers are pretty inexpensive now so you've no excuses to not work out those knots and get weird looks from everyone else in the gym π. Want to know how to use myofascial release properly?
