DDE trustees and staff are taking the 2.6 Challenge to raise much-needed funds to support our work. This weekend Belinda went on a dawn walk (7893 steps by 6:34 am!), Dominic, Lorraine and Sue E ran in their lanes and gardens and Sue K did 2.6 hours of kitchen zumba. 15km today from East Prawle to Lanka combe return. Fantasia weather, and the most impressive views of the Devon coastline.

Local walk yesterday, from Follaton oak, via the River Dart to Dartington and back. My very courageous son, walked an amazing 12km without complaints!

We picked blackberris as we went, today will see those being turned into pies. Healthy blackberry pancakes kicked off our day.
The next adventure will be to walk a section of the coast path near Penzance, keep following the steps, to share the views of this amazing place where we live.

24km in total, as both of us was stepping it up to enable Gardening Teacher training for a year. We need to raise £370 , each step counts.

Beer to Branscombe on the beautiful South West coast path. Blustery seabreeze keeping a cool stride, Peregrine falcon in battle with troublesome crows, it's all in a day's walk.
