Male & Female Coaches

Our Junior classes are all about learning the basics of boxing and fitness in a safe, friendly and positive environment.

We teach young boxers:

Boxing fundamentals

Footwork and movement

Punching technique

Fitness and conditioning

Coordination and discipline

Confidence and teamwork

Whether they're completely new to boxing or already have some experience, our aim is to build strong foundations while making training enjoyable.

Male & Female Coaches

Our Senior classes take those basic skills and bring everything together to develop accomplished boxers.

Sessions focus on:

Developing boxing technique

Movement and ring craft

Fitness and conditioning

Defence and counter-punching

Sparring and tactical development

Preparing boxers for competition

For those who want to take the next step, we help develop our boxers towards boxing competitively on the amateur circuit.

From learning the basics to stepping through the ropes — we help develop boxers every step of the way.

We're proud to present our first home show under our new name –
Exeter City Amateur Boxing Club.

Join us at the famous Corn Exchange for an action-packed evening showcasing some of the region's best amateur boxing talent. It's set to be a fantastic night, and we'd love to see you there supporting our boxers.

🥊 A great night at Street Kicks Exeter! 🥊

Last night our club headed down to Street Kicks Exeter for a fantastic evening, and we were delighted to come away with three awards! 🏆

A massive congratulations to all three boxers. These awards are a fantastic recognition of the hard work, commitment and improvement they have shown.
