T H A T ‘ S A W R A P ! We’ve had a fantastic year with lots of new mums joining our classes in rain, frosty, sunny, windy & sometimes dry conditions! It’s been a pleasure helping to get these mums returning to exercise safely after the arrival of their babies, offer support, advice & get them strong again for motherhood & any other exercise goals they may have. Classes have stopped now for the summer but will be restarting again in September. If you’re a new (or not so new) mum & would like to join a class to improve your mobility, strengthen your pelvic floor, gain important advice about your recovery, increase your strength & also meet other fantastic mums who offer the best support network then feel free to DM me.
