I attended a fantastic Devon school of Yoga retreat day at Emily Katsuno’s yoga yurt near Ashburton. I could not have enjoyed it more. The surroundings were beautiful, the company supportive and the food was sublime. And Duncan’s teachings were like a homecoming after all these years since my teacher training and yoga therapy course. ❤️

Who would be up for some free Park yoga today at the park beside the allotments on Rush Meadow Road at 5:30pm. I also made a video this week for a sequence for the neck and shoulders.
