GKDC are now launching dedicated Men’s & Women’s Adult Pre-Season Goalkeeper Sessions, designed to help you get fitter, sharper, and ready to perform when the season begins.

Whether you’re returning after the summer break, competing for a starting spot, or simply wanting to improve your game, these sessions will focus on the key physical, technical, and tactical demands of goalkeeping.
