This Saturday we will be at Trevithick Day!
🏆 We will have a stand showing off some of our trophies and belts.
🤼‍♀️ we will also be doing 2 demos with free training sessions in between.

The year of Cornwall 🙌
What a great event this is at Festival Interceltique de Lorient
Our team always enjoy their time being host by Fédération de Gouren.
This year being the year of Cornwall will make it even more special Festival Interceltique Lorient - Kernow / Cornwall.
Gouren is a great example of revival of a folk wrestling style. With very close technical similarities to Cornish style wrestling, learning one is like learning the other. The success of Gouren’s resurgence in Brittany serves as inspiration to us in the Westcountry! Keep up the great work Fédération de Gouren!
Perhaps one of the last surviving connections to the ancient tradition of Westcountry kicking martial arts…
