💥Benefits of Circuit Training💥

From Wednesday 9th January We will be running arguably the biggest (can accommodate up to 100 people) & best equipped circuits class in the South West when launches at

The sessions will take place on every Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm & Sunday 10-11am.

The first session is FREE so come along & try it out. After this sessions will be £6 if you pay per session or £50 for 10 sessions & you get a FREE Cardio Club t-shirt.

There are a number of benefits of circuit training such as:
✅ You get a full body workout
✅ It’s suitable for all fitness levels
✅ Improve your cardiovascular fitness ✅ Improve your muscular endurance ✅ Try out new bits of fitness kit (Never tried a Ski Erg or an Assault Bike before? Now’s your chance)
✅ Increase your metabolism, meaning you’ll burn additional calories once the class is over
✅ Improve your body composition (This is dependant on your nutrition also)
✅ Keeps boredom at bay (as you’ll be constantly changing the exercise you’re performing
✅ You can do it with a friend or small group (as up to 5 people will be on 1 station at a time)
✅ Improve your overall health
