For those entering the club through the footpath entrance you may have noticed another beautifully crafted sign by Dave Cornick, stonemason extraordinaire!

He needed to hack a bit of the undergrowth back to set it up but once it's all been property tidied up on both sides of the entrance and new growth appears, it'll blend in nicely.

Big thanks to Dave for his time and effort in creating such amazing pieces of stonework to welcome our members and visitors alike for many years to come.👏🙌👏

It's been a busy day for our U11 team down at Dartington and Totnes CC. First up this afternoon they played the semi final of the DYCL Cup against Heathcoat CC which they won 🎉 and went on to play the final against Plymouth CC. Sadly Plymouth came out victors but not without the boys putting up a great fight and always with big smiles on their faces. Runners up in the Devon Cup is the icing on the cake of a brilliant season for the team. Can't wait to see what next season brings for you all! 👏🔥👏

Fantastic job by our U12 T1 team on Friday night who played Exeter away. Up first to bat, they were all out for 79 so potentially a struggle to defend. However the bowling was superb and they fought hard to stop Exeter from reaching their target and the hosts ended up on 73 for 9 after 20 overs - a win for CSG by only 6 runs. Great work team!🤩

A great evening for our U13 Girls against Ottery last night with a comfortable win over Ottery, taking it 117–96.

It was a brilliant game with loads of encouragement and great sportsmanship from both teams throughout.

We were excellent with the ball, picking up five wickets – Bethany grabbed two in the opening overs, Charlotte took one, Issy whipped the bails off for a run out behind the stumps, and Lily finished things in style with a wicket from the very last ball!

Then came a really solid batting performance. Every pair chipped in with plenty of runs, looked to pinch the singles and make the most of any extras, and we only lost one wicket all innings.

A fantastic team performance and a great evening all round! Well done team! 👏👏👏
