Another fun day, with a regular group at Ashmoor farm on there annual Sim day

Thanks Tom for getting us in to deliver another great Sim day at Ashtree Shoot, near Newton Poppleford in East Devon. We threw over 7000 clays over 30 guns as a fund raiser which helps to keep this syndicate shoot affordable for everyone.

Is there any shooting coaches out there who are not busy on the morning of Saturday the 13th of June to give a lesson to a group of novices for an hour

Incredible! I booked a clay pigeon shoot for my dad’s 60th birthday for a group of six adults, and Jason was very accommodating of our tight schedule when I rang to book.

On the day, Tony was an absolutely amazing instructor, with a calm and reassuring approach that really helped to ease any nerves, especially as a few of us had never tried clay pigeon shooting before. He was also very funny and created a relaxed, fun environment. Tony made the whole experience unforgettable and a memory we definitely won’t forget.

Jason joined us later in the session and was just as kind and friendly, adding even more banter to the group dynamic! These two really know how to run a great session, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

The farm was easy to find via Google Maps, simple to access with our vehicles, and the shooting range was under cover, so the slight drizzle didn’t matter at all. All equipment was provided, we just had to bring ourselves.

All in all, an absolutely wonderful day, and I can’t thank Jason and Tony enough. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you!!!
