As I sit here and reflect on our time building, growing and evolving with Revitalize Topsham, my overwhelming feeling is one of gratitude. ๐Ÿ™

The universe has certainly sent some challenges my way but it has also gifted me beautiful connections with the most wonderful people.

The teachers who have taught at Revitalize have been second to none. The clients that have walked through the door have done so with open hearts and a willingness to laugh but also shed tears and pain. It has been an absolute honour to teach and hold space for each and every one of you and call many of you a friend.

As we finish the final stages of Revitalize Exmouth, I look forward to welcoming those who want to join us on the next stage in our little journey. Stay tuned to our emails & social channels if you want to hear more.

Join Katie on the 8th of March for a Friday evening Wind Down! โคต๏ธ

This will be a 60-minute calming practice, where we will focus on movement & breath to ease tension in the body & release stagnant energy. The session will end with a slow flow through a series of restorative Yin poses, guiding you towards a peak of rest & relaxation.

Itโ€™s often the simplest things our soul cravesโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’ซ

We yearn for space to breathe, time in nature & connection with what matters most.
Yet sometimes it can be difficult to give ourselves the space our heart desires, especially when we get swamped by work life, family life & media messages that activate fear & shift us away from a place of peace within.

This is your Wednesday evening reminder to take a moment PAUSE before you get cracking on with tomorrowโ€™s to-do list. Take a big, deep breath in the fresh air & remind yourself what's important in life!

There is a hint of Spring in the air & we are here for it! ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ
This time of year is perfect for giving our lives a spring clean - this includes our mind & body!

Just like our physical space, our minds benefit from a declutter too. Can you reflect on anything that is holding you back from moving forward? Is there anything you can let go that isn't serving you?
Maybe try & turn your focus to meditation, breathing techniques & getting outside into the fresh air.

Yoga can be a great tool to help us feel refreshed & relaxed. It can also help us manage our stress levels, using breathing & movement to help us find a kind of moving meditation. โ

Join Kim every Thursday for her Mum & Baby Pilates class! A perfect space to bond with your baby as you rebuild some strength & regain some peace!

Pilates is great if you've just had a baby, supporting your pelvic floor muscles, boosting your postpartum confidence, & improving your general well-being! Plus, it can get pretty chaotic at home, so come along & get yourselves outside & doing something different!

February is & so we are loving the heart openers at the mo. What's your fave? ๐Ÿ™
Heart-opening poses are used in Yoga as an opportunity to invite more self love & healing in to your life.
They also help to release emotional blockages whilst helping to reduce stress, anxiety & boost feelings of self-confidence!
