# have just returned from a fabulous breakfast walk with a friend along the Exe Trail and Goat Walk. Crisp and clear and sunny. So lovely after the grey day yesterday.

I am sorry these good wishes are a couple of days late. We have had a very busy festive season, and yesterday we succumbed to one of the lergs that are making the rounds. Hopefully we will be able to shake off the cold snuffles quickly.
Now that Naughty Elf has gone I can get back to some proper Tola posts. Here are some pictures from a walk with Mr Tola on New Years Eve. We did a circular walk from Dartington Hall, along the Dart to Staverton for lunch at (delicious) and back through the woods to Dartington. As usual Mr Tola was flexible with the truth about the distance. He started saying it would be 4miles, then confessed it was 6miles but he would shorten the loop...we in fact walked 7.2miles! were very weary by the end of the walk! But it was a beautiful crisp clear day and it was great to get out into the countryside.

A throw back to our trip to Iceland in December last year to wish all my friends, family, clients and supporters a very Happy Christmas. 🎅🎄🤶

So I was looking forward to some peace and quiet this morning. I got up early to prepare the Christmas lunch for 12 family members. As I came downstairs, I heard a right racket outside the front door. When I looked out I found Naughty Elf sitting in the Christmas wreath singing his head off. He was supposed to be catching a lift back to the North Pole with Santa last night. Now instead of preparing lunch I am having to try and find flight deals with FINNAIR or SAS to see of they'll drop him home for me!

Look who has gone and got himself stuck! Honestly, it's about time Naughty Elf took himself back to the North Pole!

I wouldn't have thought that sitting in a bowl of pine cones was particularly comfortable but maybe the twinkly lights are warming Naughty Elf's back side.

Naughty Elf broke out of the treatment room today to explore the rest of the house. Can you find him hiding in the Christmas tree?

I had a delivery of Facial Oils today for Oriental Face Massages, Facial Reflexology and Menopause Facial Reflex Ritual. Naughty Elf took great delight in scattering the packaging all over the treatment room. I have clients due soon - he better tidy up!

Naughty Elf has been staying in the Tola Health treatment room for a couple of weeks now. He thought it was about time he wrote to Santa and his friends in the Christmas Grotto. I hope he isn't enjoying his stay too much! I need him to go home soon and stop causing mischief! I was trying to do my business accounts when he took over my laptop!

Naughty Elf has been up to mischief in the client's cloakroom today! Where on earth will I find him next!
