Our Story

Motiv-8 provides a unique and life changing experience to people who need a little help in life. Our inspiring and passionate coaches and course leaders, many of whom have faced their own personal challenges, work with individuals and groups to unlock their true potential. Our coaching and mentoring service gets people into work and training ready by helping them identify and overcome the barriers that hold them back.

We deliver bespoke programmes to all age ranges to help develop the correct skills for employment and help build resilience, self-motivation, teamwork and personal leadership, communication skills, planning and organisation, confidence, and a hand full of life skills, behaviours and attitudes that have been identified as critical for success in entering the workplace.

We blend practical and theoretical exercises with training and support to help transform people’s prospects. We challenge our customers to think and act differently and be more confident as we will always identify the good in every single person. We treat all our clients as individuals – so helping them to make their aspirations in life a reality.

Our programmes not only encourage a positive attitude towards learning but they also improve resilience, motivation, self esteem, leadership, communication skills, planning and organising, self awareness, problem solving, decision making and behaviours and attitudes all that are crucial in supporting success for those next steps.
