If you're looking to get back in shape after pregnancy and meet other mums in your area, then Mums on the Move is for you! Mums on the Move exercise classes are a sociable way to train with baby in the buggy while you workout and are specifically designed to get you back in shape after pregnancy. Exercises are progressive, so whatever stage you're at post natally, there are exercises to suit you.

I am currently accepting new clients into my FIT Postnatal Class from Tues 30th June. ⠀

Classes run 9.30-10.30am every Tuesday and Thursday morning. And if you miss the live, you'll receive the replay.⠀

Each class is capped to ensure you my attention.⠀
