|| MEDITATION || today’s meditation involved movement. Deep breath and slow movements, loud music ( Playlist) with a quiet mind. Meditation comes in many forms - it’s doesn’t have to involve sitting still with eyes closed (even though this form of meditation is hugely beneficial to both the body and mind!) it can be found in movement, exercise, dancing, running, walking etc. Meditation is a form or practice where you use techniques to focus their mind to achieve a mentally clear and calm state. Find ‘your meditation’ that works for you.
