🎉 MEMBER OF THE MONTH – JULIAN 🎉
Meet Julian! As well as being an all time legend here at OJ Gyms Cranbrook, we give an extra special Happy Birthday to Julian who celebrated his 80th birthday this month 🥳💪
Q: How many years have you been training / been active?
A: I’ve been a cyclist for many years, then I got into running and now I’ve found OJs Gym Cranbrook! To answer the question more clearly, I’ve been active for quite some time and I’m so happy to now be part of such a great, friendly and social environment.
Q: What exercise did you do well in the past?
A: I’ve completed a few half marathons and one full marathon.
Q: How long have you been a member at OJs Gym Cranbrook?
A: I’m not exactly sure, I think about 6 years - I haven’t looked back as I thoroughly enjoy it and have benefited enormously both physically and mentally.
Q: What keeps you going / motivates you?
A: My health and fitness continuously improving, increasing my bone density and generally encouraging myself to live a fit and active lifestyle. Also, the staff and fellow members keep me coming back!
Q: What’s your favourite equipment / machines here at OJs Gym Cranbrook?
A: I love using the vast range of dumbbells and the cables/pulleys because there are so many exercises you can do with them.
Q: Lastly, what advice would you give anyone unsure whether to start their gym journey?
A: Just do it! You won’t ever regret it! Don’t be afraid, as the staff are super lovely, friendly, supportive and encouraging. This place is an incredibly friendly and social environment — we talk a lot! This place is for everyone and I encourage everyone to come down and give it a go!

☀️ FREE Friend Week is officially underway ☀️
It was lovely to see Suzie and Alan bringing along family members Sarah and Sally to join our Fat Burner class this morning 💪🔥 Great energy, lots of smiles and even better with the sunshine!
Reminder to all members aged 18+ - throughout this week you can bring a friend for FREE during manned hours and to any of our classes.
Spaces are filling quickly, so please make sure to get in touch and pre-book to avoid disappointment!
