Reboot and get your 2026 started with a little bit of fire in your belly to transform into a positive New Year 🙏

Bookings open and spaces available for all different accomodation types. With deep practises, workshops and spiritual teachings it will be a full week to learn and deep dive.

Flights in January very reasonable. Retreat includes accomodation, all yoga, food and drinks (non alcoholic)

My next Yoga Teacher Training Course starts Sept 2025 in Exeter. Running though til April 2026 the course is for those students wanting to become well rounded teachers. We work together in a nourishing space and I support your whole journey all the way through. As a small teacher training group you have time to really grow as a teacher and build confidence in a safe welcoming environment.
