Strecthing is one of the most importanrt parts of your session. Make sure to alwasy finish with a cool down / stretch. Heres a little guide if anyone needs one to follow to get them starteed. Train hard. Train safe !!!!!
Today, working on a “Turkish Get Up”. This movement is great for core, shoulder strength, stability. All round great full body movement. More Kettlebell exercises coming soon. Like, share, love and follow.
