Hi 👋

I’ve just completed my pregnancy yoga training and need to offer 6 sessions to qualify. So…I’m offering these for free to any pregnant person who might be interested.

For background, I’m a yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for nearly 20yrs. I’m also a clinical psychologist working with mums in the NHS to support their mental health. This all means peoples bodies, minds and pregnancy experiences are all areas of passion for me and areas I have lots of experience and knowledge in.

Get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be

Thanks all 💕🙏🏻

The best, soothing & brilliant smell to help my morning start right. Go to for the candle 👌

And yes these are wonky tulips but hey - kinda like family life 😊

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️💐
Thinking of those spending the day solo parenting, or pregnant, those being spoilt…but also those who are mummies but without a baby in their arms. Mother’s Day is not always a joyful one so go gently with yourself & switch off social media, be restful & find some peace (if you can) in your day. You’re doing great 💕

Happy IWD troops. This sums up me right now - fire & wine 🔥🍷
Big love to you all. Let’s keep moving towards more woman power - you’re all F*ing amazing. Different to men (that’s our superpower!) and flipping superstars. My daughter’s favourite phrase at the moment is “women can change the world”…I may have been laying some strong foundations early!
💪🏼

⭐️⭐️ EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT ⭐️⭐️

I’m so happy to finally announce our long planned workshop for birth trauma. This is a space to learn about trauma during your pregnancy, birth or postnatal period. We want to share some knowledge & give you a space to begin to process your journey in whatever way suits you. This could be talking (👋 I’m a clinical psychologist), journalling or moving your body with yoga (we’re both yoga instructors 🙏🏻)

We’ve dedicated 3hrs to honour your experiences & we really hope you’ll join us. We’ll announce an exact venue ASAP as we’re just waiting on confirmation. But fear not as we’ve a second site ready in Exeter. So this workshop is definitely happening ⭐️⭐️

We know talking about some of your experiences can feel daunting - our hope is for this to be a gentle, compassionate & nurturing space. But if you’ve any questions or worries (or to book a space - or talk about pricing options) then send us a message on here or by email: [email protected]

We’re announcing this as part of baby loss awareness week & on world mental health day as we know that trauma can often come with feelings of loss and impact your mental well-being in any number of ways. Any journey is welcome at this workshop ❤️❤️

We cannot wait to offer this for you all & really look forward to see you there.

Sending love to you all ⭐️💕🙏🏻

Today is the first day of baby loss awareness week.

Awareness is rising but still losing a baby is often not spoken about. Hopefully this will change in time as grief is no time to feel alone, and yet many do - especially once more obvious stages of grief have passed, like a funeral. For many people there are none of these typical markers either, which can make peoples loss feel less than, which it isn’t. Any loss at any stage is painful. I’m so many ways, it’s not just the awful experience of the loss but all the hoped for future that is grieved too.

is in its 20th year, what an incredible milestone.

Whether you have loss a baby personally or know someone who has this can be a tricky week to navigate. Go gently on yourself. Speak to your loved ones or health professionals (like a GP) and know it’s ok to turn off social media / be sad / angry / grateful or anywhere in between.

What a way to welcome the autumn equinox 🌗🌊☀️

A time to feel connected to nature & grounded. It signals a season with different comforts often with more time indoors…which I love. But I’m also relishing these last few blazes of sunshine.

Here’s to coziness whatever that looks like for you.

Happy equinox people 💕
