Exmouth swimming coach named UK Sport's Coach of the Year Rob Aubry, who lives in Exmouth, received the honour for his work as head coach of GB Para Swimming at the PLx Awards.

Congratulations to Jasper who is our new Club record holder for the age 7, 50m breaststroke. Great to see another gold hat in the pool!

Well done to everyone who swam at the Two Counties open meet last weekend.
PBs all around showing the hard work we’ve all been putting in at training and lots of medals too.

So proud of Niamh - our very own Regional qualifying breaststroker - who had the opportunity today to attend an AP Race Clinic at Plymouth Life Centre for swimmers aged between 8-17 from all over the South West. The day included land training, a phsychology session and then a breastroke masterclass, conducted by the triple Olympic gold medallist and world record holder himself.

Counties update!
PBs for everyone who swam this weekend well done Finn, Reece, Ralf, Rory, Alfie, Niamh, Liberty and Rosie.

Liberty who won Bronze in the 100 Freestyle and Gold in the 100 Butterfly.
