I’ve been working what feels like a lot recently, and this afternoon I was finally able to pause for a moment and appreciate the little things 💛

This is your reminder that mum guilt hits us from all angles. Whether we work, stay at home, focus on caring for others, or are just trying to get through the day, it can feel like we’re never doing enough.

But sometimes the little moments remind us that we are.
The cuddles, the laughs, the “look mummy!”, the quiet moments together… they matter more than we realise.

Here, we’re a space for stay-at-home mums, working mums, carer-focused mums, mums building businesses, mums surviving the chaos, and mums just trying to find a moment to breathe.
