The Tri-Hards team will be hosting a Saturday morning social on Sat 23rd May at 10am at Ocean, All members are welcome and we'd also love to meet any non-members who are interested in finding out more about us. Come and have a coffee with us. See you there.

Suddenly a quick workout turns into a full social event, coffee stops become essential recovery, and someone’s always lying about that hill “not being too bad.”

Exciting new events coming up with Tri-Hards
- CYCLING: Regular cycle rides throughout Spring and Summer - RUNNING: Step up from 5k to 10k course - sessions start Tues 14th April
- POOL SWIMMING: Friday evening coached swim sessions at LED
- SEA SWIMMING: We’ll be back in the sea in May
- TRIATHLON and DUATHLON SUPPORT: Our triathlon coaches are running a transition coaching session on Sat 18th April

Give yourself a new year boost: Couch to 5K with Tri-Hards
Are you looking to improve your health and wellbeing in 2026?
Our Couch to 5k beginners running course is ideal for newbies. It’s for anyone who doesn’t know where to start with running or returning to exercise after a long break in training.
The course runs for 9 weeks on Thursday mornings (10.30am) in Exmouth starting 22nd January.
The course is designed to be achievable and highly motivational with support offered by experienced run leaders and our amazing members.

Tri-Hards is Community Interest Company (CIC Company No: 13175046) run by members for the benefit of members and the wider community.
We offer an initial 30 day free membership to everyone, thereafter a rolling subscription of just £5/month with no tie in period (you can cancel at any time).

What activities does Tri-Hards offer?
Over the autumn/winter months, our regular weekly activities are:
Mon - 5pm and 6.30pm runs, 6pm Walk fit (fast-paced 5k walk)
Tues - 9.15am and 6.30pm jeffing (run/walk combos)
Weds - 10am walk (steady pace, 5-6 miles), 8pm Spin Class at LED
Thurs - 9.30am and 6.30pm runs
Fri - 2pm walk, talk & cake
Sun - 8am long or short run, 6pm Body Balance at LED
We have lots of special events too including our monthly mile-builder walks, our Parkrun tour, ad hoc cycle rides (weather permitting) and social events such as our Christmas Quiz
