The @silvacyclesuk Ora is a stunning looking wooden frame beach cruiser. It has an 8-speed Nexus hub and they say that Shimano’s Gear Change Support mechanism makes shifting a really low effort. The roller brake hub is another feature that makes very much sense if you ride your bike on dirt or sand roads. It keeps your brakes clean from water, dirt and other debris, resulting in less maintenance. It has internal cable routing, which is quite unique for a beach cruiser, and the frame is partly reinforced with carbon fibre and metal inserts (where needed to mount other parts). The Ora is the perfect tribute to the local surfing scene from Devon, where Silva is based.
