Thank you for all those that attended tonight’s singles comps and a big thank you to Lee McLaren & Graham Roach for running Div 2 & 4’s knockout. Some groups were bigger than others, but we still had over 75 players split over four venues. We now have finalists for next week:

One of our darting ladies Shannon Smithers is walking 100 miles in aid of fibromyalgia, a condition that affects Shannon. She is nearly at her target of £900.00. If everyone one could donate something, however small it may be, she will be able to hit her target. Thank you

Pairs Knockout Report:
Thank you to everyone who turned up, and there was a lot! 50 pairs, 100 players ,+ supporters, so around 130-140 people.
I’ll make sure we have more boards next time as four wasn’t enough, but luckily the weather was good, and chilling outside on the benches seemed popular.
Thank you to Shannon Smithers and her neat handwriting for doing the draw forms, after they had been done on a computer.
There was a bit of ‘ double trouble’ in a few games, so some games took longer than the players who have hoped and liked.
The final was pretty quick though, the games went on throw, and a magnificent 94 out by Jenson Heyde sealed the win for him and Will Dean.
