Over the years, we've had the privilege of working with people with a wide range of disabilities, health conditions and individual challenges.
One thing we've noticed is that many of these individuals often face the biggest barriers when it comes to accessing traditional exercise environments.
Busy gyms, crowded spaces, lack of support, lack of understanding, feeling self-conscious, or simply not knowing where to start can make exercise feel overwhelming.

Hydration matters more than most people realise.
Even mild dehydration can affect:

Around 60% of the human body is made up of water π
Research suggests losing as little as 2% of your bodyβs water content can negatively affect exercise performance and cognitive function.
A lot of people focus on workouts and nutrition but completely overlook basic habits like hydration.
General recommendations are to drink approximately 1.5-2 liters of water per day - are you hitting that target regularly?
Simple ways to improve hydration:
