Final few weeks for Sam Luxa before he goes to France to represent GB in the Ultimate Frisbee Beach Championship. He has done amazing in his sessions with me and has had huge improvements on his muscle endurance, speed and power. Here he is doing some drills last week.
Beach fitness is back on this Wednesday at 6:30pm on Exmouth beach. Weather is going to be good so get yourself down there for a great workout in the sun. Only a fiver for the hour.
