A fun day of fitness racing as well as a full-performance test of your HYROX fitness.
FORMAT
Teams of 2
9 stations
4 minutes work
30 seconds to move
Score = total metres + reps
WHY IT MATTERS
This shows exactly where you stand:
Consistent output → on track
Drop off late → engine needs work
Slow sleds / carries → strength limiter
Strong ergs, slow shuttles → running efficiency gap
Wall balls fade → fatigue tolerance issue

12 Minute Running Clock
Teams must split into:
* Male Pair
* Female Pair
Only one pair works at a time.
Flow:
Partner 1 begins shooting while Partner 2 performs a 1 minute max calorie row.
At the end of the minute, the partners swap roles:
Partner 2 shoots
Partner 1 rows for 1 minute max calories.
Once both partners have rowed once and shot once, the other pair enters and repeats the same sequence.
This alternating pattern continues for the full 12 minute workout.
Each athlete will complete 3 rounds of rowing and 3 rounds of shooting.
Score
Total calories rowed by the team.
Penalty
Each target not hit during the shooting window = –5 calories.
