We have a variety of new machines arriving over the next month downstairs, keep your eyes peeled and we are more than open to any suggestions.

The cardio suite will be opening next week, we have a sled, heavy bag, rower, treadmill and new
stair master all lined up with more cardio pieces being added ontop of out current kit next month also 🔥💪
