We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we have won the Scottish FA Grassroots Central Region Award for Best Community Football for All Project for our free football sessions!

What makes this award even more special is knowing that, through our sessions, we’ve now provided free football to over 1,000 children in the Falkirk area ❤️

Our aim has always been simple, to give every child the opportunity to enjoy football, regardless of their circumstances. To see how far the project has come is something we’re incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing coaches who give up their time, and to everyone who has helped, supported and contributed along the way. This award belongs to all of you. 👏

We’re especially proud to see some of our coaches collecting the trophy on behalf of everyone involved. 🏆

🏆 Player of the Month - August 🏆

Juliette has made an instant impact since joining this year and this month she has really come into her own.

At training, she is focused, determined and plays with an intensity that she carries into game day. Her performances have been consistently high, while she also brings a great attitude and positive energy to the team.

Juliette has been a fantastic addition to the squad and absolutely deserves Player of the Month for August. A thoroughly deserved award. Congratulations, Juliette! 👏

Paul has been outstanding this month and fully deserves Player of the Month.

He’s been excellent at the back in both league games, scoring in both, while also stepping up in goals during the friendly and doing really well. He never shies away from what’s asked of him and always gives 100%.

Paul has also been working incredibly hard on his fitness to make sure he’s in the best shape possible to help the team. He genuinely doesn’t get enough credit for all he does. A thoroughly deserved award, congratulations, Paul! 👏

“I’d been wanting to get back into football for a long time, but after being away from the game for over 15 years, I was definitely a little nervous about getting back out there! I came along to a session with the Huskies and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming and I quickly felt like part of the team. I’m really excited to be back playing, getting fitter, improving my game and, most importantly, enjoying being part of a team again. I can’t wait to see what the season brings!”

“After a two-year break from football, I began to miss playing and was encouraged by the people around me to start back. I chose to join the Huskies after hearing positive things about the team. It sounded like a fun and friendly environment to join, as well as a great opportunity to improve my football both individually and as part of a team.

This season, I’m looking forward to working with the rest of the girls to develop as a team and as an individual player, learning from each game and progressing through our league.”

⚠️ Kids Session Cancelled Tonight ⚠️

Unfortunately, due to the current bad weather and the forecast for this evening, we’ve had to make the tough decision to cancel tonight’s kids session.

We apologise for the late notice, but with the conditions underfoot and player safety being paramount, we feel this is the right decision.

We’re absolutely gutted to be cancelling, but sometimes the Scottish weather has other plans! 🌧️⚡
