DISCIPLINE IS HOT. đĽ
Not because you never have days where you canât be bothered.
But because you show up anyway.
For my clients, the biggest transformation often starts long before the weight comes off or the clothes fit differently.
It starts with keeping promises to yourself.
You said youâd train â you train.
You said youâd hit your steps â you get them done.
You said youâd prioritise your nutrition â you make the better choice.
You said you were going to start putting yourself first â you actually do it.
And that feeling when you walk out of the gym knowing you showed up for YOURSELF?
Thatâs the bit I want more women to experience.
You donât need more motivation.
You donât need to wait until Monday.
You donât need to feel 100% ready.
You need to start building the habit of showing up for yourself.
Because confidence isnât just built by changing your body.
Itâs built every single time you prove to yourself:
âI said I would, and I did.â
Thatâs what we work on inside KM Coaching.
Training. Nutrition. Mindset. Accountability.
But most importantly âbecoming the woman who follows through đ¤
Are you ready to commit to yourself ? Drop me a message and letâs chat

Midlife is just a whole new vibe. â¨
A vibe you get to create for yourself.
Itâs choosing to show up for yourself, even when nobody else is watching.
finding confidence in who you are, taking up space, trying new things, saying yes to spontaneous plans and giving yourself permission to actually ENJOY your life.
And Iâm seeing this happen with my clients every single day. â¤ď¸
Theyâre finding newfound strength! not just physically, but mentally too.
Theyâre trying things they never thought they would.
Theyâre stepping outside their comfort zones.
Theyâre discovering what their bodies are capable of.
Theyâre becoming stronger, more confident and more comfortable in their own skin.
And most importantly, theyâre realising that midlife doesnât mean putting your life on hold.
You can go outâŚYou can enjoy food without guilt.
You can travel, try new things, take yourself on adventures and have fun.
You donât have to earn enjoyment by being âgoodâ all week.
You donât have to wait until you lose the weight, get fitter or look a certain way before you start living.
You can feel good about yourself NOW.
This is what I want for my clients.
Not just a smaller body, but a fuller and healthier life.
Whatâs your midlife vibe looking like ? Stuck ? Struggling ? Miserable?
It doesnât need to be like that , reach out ⌠grab some help and come and join an amazing group of midlife girls who are smashing it
Women are finally realising that strength training isnât just about how you LOOK. Itâs about how you FEEL, how you MOVE and how you AGE. đđźââď¸
With more knowledge and better education around womenâs health, more and more women are taking on board just how important building and maintaining muscle really is.
And for women in their 40s and beyond, this becomes even more important.
đŞđź Building muscle helps us maintain strength and independence as we age
𦴠Resistance training supports bone health
đĽ More muscle helps support our metabolism and body composition
â¤ď¸ It improves physical fitness and resilience
đ§ And it can have a huge impact on our mood and mental wellbeing
Especially during perimenopause, when hormones are changing and you might suddenly feel like your energy, mood, sleep and body are all behaving differently.
Strength training gives you something you CAN control.
Thereâs something incredibly empowering about realising your body isnât working against you⌠itâs capable of getting stronger
So if youâre the woman who has recently discovered the gym, started lifting weights and suddenly thinks, âWhy did nobody tell me this sooner?ââŚ
Welcome. đ
This isnât about becoming a bodybuilder.
Itâs about building a strong body that supports you through midlife and beyond.Strong women arenât just changing their bodies. Theyâre changing how they feel about themselves.
Consistency is boring until it works
You might look at your training programme and thinkâŚ
âSurely I should be changing my exercises by now?â
âIsnât my body going to get used to this?â
âMaybe I need to do something different to see better results.â
Actually⌠probably not. đđź
Repeating the same programme isnât a sign that your training has become boring. Itâs how you actually measure whether youâre progressing.
If you constantly change your exercises, reps, sets and training style, how do you know if youâre getting stronger?
You donât.
And this is where progressive overload comes in.
You repeat movements so that you can gradually ask your body to do more.
đđźââď¸ More weight
đŞđź More reps
đ Better technique
đĽ More control
âąď¸ More time under tension
âĄď¸ Or eventually, a harder variation
That progression is the stimulus your body needs to adapt.
And those adaptations are what help you build and maintain muscle, get stronger and change your body composition.
Because if your goal is a leaner, more defined physique, the answer isnât simply to eat less and do cardio.
muscle doesnât appear because you changed your workout every Monday.
It comes from giving your body a reason to adapt â and then consistently giving it that stimulus over time.
And this becomes even more important as we move through midlife.
Women need strength training, not because we need to spend our lives trying to be smallerâŚ
But because maintaining muscle becomes incredibly important as we age
DO YOU NEED HELP TO BUILD MUSCLE ? Drop me a message today
Being a mum is never just a 9â5.
Itâs the school runs, the packed lunches, the appointments, the shopping, the washing, the cooking, the homework, the messages you have to remember to send, the things you need to organise and the million little things that somehow live in your head.
Itâs knowing who needs picked up, whatâs happening next week, whatâs running out in the fridge and whether everyone has what they need.
And even when the kids get older, the mental load doesnât disappear , it just changes.
So if youâre a mum who feels like thereâs never enough time for YOU, I get it.
But your health canât always be the thing that gets pushed to the bottom of the list.
You donât need hours in the gym. You donât need to be perfect. You need a plan that fits around real life.
Because looking after yourself isnât selfish.
Youâre allowed to be more than Mum.
You deserve to feel strong, confident, energised and proud of the woman underneath all those responsibilities too. â¤ď¸
And thatâs exactly what I help women achieve through my coaching
Of youâre a busy mum struggling to find tome for you then I can help . My coaching isnât just food and nutrition
Itâs a whole lifestyle coaching âŚ.. helping you manage it all while working on yourself too đđ
âWho cares about your workout?â
Apparently⌠your husband does when youâve got biceps to show for it đđŞ
I see this so often with my clients.
Theyâre juggling work, kids, family, life and everything in between and sometimes they feel guilty for taking an hour for themselves to train.
But having a partner who supports your fitness can make such a difference.
Not because he needs to be into the gym too.
But because he understands that your health matters to you.
The best partners donât question why youâre going to train again. They donât make you feel guilty for taking time for yourself.
They encourage you.
They notice your confidence growing. They see the changes in your strength. Theyâre proud when you hit a new PB or start feeling like yourself again.
And sometimes⌠they just have to admire the biceps youâve worked so hard for đđŞ
Because when youâve got someone at home saying âGo train, Iâve got youâ, it makes prioritising yourself that little bit easier.
And ladies, you deserve that kind of support. â¤ď¸
