An awesome day out with some members at the 300 Sprint hosted by FUNKTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING.

The event involved teams of 6 racing to complete a 33k run, 33k ski and 33k row! It was fast, intense and a hell of a lot of fun!

Well done to all the competing teams and to the Funktional Team for running such a great day!

ER 2.0 UPDATE 🛠️

There’s been plenty of work happening behind the scenes with both members and workies helping get things moving!

Ceilings have been removed and stud walls have started coming down and the big studio, Studio 2, now has its basic shape.

The space looks even bigger than it did before 🤩

The clear out is almost finished and only building warrant approval stands between us and ripping out the existing partitioning stud walls. The electrical and plumbing jobs have been sized up and ready for when we give them the nod. Just need the council to get their finger out 😪
