👊Family fun Kata 👊

The session included some synchronised team Kata for an upcoming event. Some Parents partnered up with their kids whilst other adults had a go at the more difficult three person team which they all smashed.

Well done to everyone who took part 👏, it’s great to take part in sports and martial arts but it’s even better to do it with friends and family 🥋💪👊.

💥Monday night action from the young team💥

What fantastic progress the kids are making. With all the fighting safety gear on the students feel a lot more confident in their fighting abilities. Knowing they can throw there kicking and punching techniques without the fear of hurting each other. It takes a lot of practice,courage and determination to compete against each other and overcome their fears. The coaches are super proud of them all🥋💪👊.
