As some of you know, alongside teaching burlesque I’m also completing my Integrated Master in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Plymouth Marjon University. I’m now conducting a research study exploring how women make sense of their experiences of burlesque and its effect on body image, sense of self, and wellbeing.

I’m inviting past and current students (age 18+) who have taken my burlesque courses to take part in:
✨ A small focus group discussion ✨

Participation is completely voluntary, and choosing not to take part won’t affect your involvement with classes in any way.

"Feeling Good" - a 3wk burlesque course for women. Start the new year by making time for yourself, and discover what feels good for you!

Our DISCOVERY courses in 2026 will be in 3wk monthly blocks.
Each 3-week burlesque block centres around a monthly theme. We’ll explore it together through discussion and reflection, then bring it to life through choreography designed to embody that theme, integrating the ideas into mind and body.

January: 7th, 14th, 21st (THIS COURSE)
Song: I Feel Good (Jessie J)
Theme: Finding what feels good for you. This month isn't about performing for anyone else; it's about feeling yourself, listening to your body, and taking up space unapologetically - both on and off the dance floor.

March: 4th, 11th, 18th (Please book separately)

Cost for all 3 classes: PAYF (Pay As You Feel), no questions asked.
