šæ What if grief isnāt something to fix, but something to listen to?
Instead of pushing it away, what if we allowed grief to guide usāto reveal what truly matters in our hearts?
Grief is not a problem to solve. Itās a reflection of deep love, a path to healing, and a doorway to growth. When we stop fighting it and start listening, we create space for transformation.
š I explore this in my latest blog post: www.marytalbot.com
If you or someone you love is walking through loss, my coaching offers a compassionate space to navigate this journey. You donāt have to do this alone.

The Myth of Staying Busy in Grief and Loss šš
It can be easy to get caught up in the busyness of ādoingā - sorting things out, tidying the house, keeping busy with tasks. It can give a sense of control, a way to feel like we are moving forward. But sometimes, what we really need is to step away, go for a walk, pause and just ābeā. To let ourselves reflect, to feel, to breathe.
Grief and loss isnāt something we can outrun with a packed to-do list. Change happens when we find a balance between activity and rest, between doing and being, doing and feeling.
Coaching has helped my clients to recognise this balance, and if youāre struggling with it too, you donāt have to figure it out alone.
Iāve written more about this in my latest blog - have a read here:
