Pilates classes - we start back on Monday 6th Jan with 6 week introductory courses!  So whether you want to try Pilates for the first time, are returning after a break, or want to take your practice to a more advanced level we’d love to work with you! 

Pilates helps with developing: 
core stability ✔️ balance ✔️ flexibility ✔️ posture ✔️ strength ✔️ calming the mind ✔️

Introductory courses run on 
➡️Mondays at 10.15
➡️Thursdays at 7.30pm
➡️Fridays at 10.40am
➡️Thursdays 10.30am for Seniors 

We run another 10 classes a week for those with more experience. See www.bookwhen.com/cscape for our full timetable. 

Small class sizes mean we can tailor exercises to suit different bodies, goals, fitness levels, and manage injuries / conditions more safely where needed 🙌

You may be coming to class to help manage an Injury or condition such as back pain, OR perhaps you want to support or strengthen your body for another sport or activity (eg dancers 🕺runners 🏃‍♂️, golfers 🏌️‍♀️, rowers🚣, rugby players 🏉, footballers ⚽️, surfers 🏄 & horse riders 🏇 often attend our pilates classes), 
OR perhaps you’re coming, for general health and well-being and for a full body workout for that feel good factor ☺️
Whatever your goals, we’ve got you covered and our small groups ensure a personalised and friendly experience, with attention to detail that will help you to get the most out of that precious hour of YOU time!
